Apple & lemon treat

-Apple/lemon pulp(6-8 ounces combined)
-1 cup brown rice flour
-3 to 5 egg yolks + 1 whole egg
-1/4 cup butter
-1/4 to 1/2 cup water, filtered(use less water if using more egg yolks)
-1/2 to 1 tbsp cinnamon
-1 to 3 tsp vanilla(optional)
-1 tsp pink salt
-1/4 cup cranberries, raisins, prunes(optional, I had some laying around)
-1/4 to 1/2 tsp baking soda(optional)
-1/4 to 1/2 tsp baking powder(optional)
-1/4 to 1/2 tsp xanthan gum(optional)
*Use pulp leftover from juicing apples/lemon for the gummy treats recipe.
*I put optional by those last three because you’ll still be able to bake a bread, it just won’t hold as well together.
*Feel free to sweeten it with something.
*Feel free to omit butter with coconut oil.
*I put a lot of ingredients as an optional choice, because you can manipulate this recipe a lot.
*I call it a treat instead of a bread, because once it sits in the refrigerator it becomes pretty dense. A dense, moist brownie texture.
1. Place all of your ingredients into your food processor, besides the whole egg, water, brown rice flour and cranberries if using.
2. Let run on a low speed until things are well blended. Go ahead and add in your other ingredients, then proceed to blend till goopy. Turn oven to 325 degrees. Scrape down the sides as you go and you might not get it all of the way smooth, because some of the fruit fibers might act stubborn.
3. Line your 9” by 4” bakeware with either butter or parchment paper and proceed to scrape your creation inside. If using cranberries go ahead and place them on top and gently press them into the creation.
4. Place inside of your heated oven and let bake for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. I let mine go for 1 1/2 and it’s a very moist bread. Almost like a smooth brownie texture, but more dense.
5. Let cool before slicing into it, Enjoy!
