Apple sauce

-2 large tart apples(14oz), quartered
-3/4 cup water
-1/2 lemon, juiced
*If you don’t have an emersion blender yet, go ahead and tend to the apples as they cook. Meaning, grab a fork or a masher and mash them into a sauce as they cook down to a softer state.
1. Wash and quarter your apples, I use green, but feel free to mix and match with red. Red will be more sweet.
2. Throw them into your stainless steel pot and pour the lemon juice over top. Pour in the water and let simmer till they are really tender. 20-30 minutes.
3. Take emersion blender and blend till it’s a sauce, then store in airtight jar in the refrigerator, Enjoy!
