1/1
-3-4 cups cabbage, chopped into bite size
-1/2 cup daikon radish, grated
-1/4 cup green onion
-1/3 cup sunflower seeds
-1/3 cup sesame seeds
-1/2 lemon, juiced
-1/4 cup sesame oil
-2 to 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-fresh ground pepper and pink salt to taste
*Feel free to use a rice vinegar in place of the apple cider vinegar.
1. Core cabbage and chop it up into bite sized pieces. Throw it into a bowl and toss it around to break up all of the chunks. Then proceed to prepare your other ingredients and throw them right on top of your cabbage. Followed by the seeds.
2. Mix your oil and vinegar in a bowl and pour it over top. Toss real well and then salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
