Baked falafel *radish, ginger & onion

-1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans, pre-soaked(look in foundations)

-1/2 cup onion, diced

-2 radishes, diced

-1 tbsp ginger root, grated

-2 tbsp brown rice flour *only add if your mixture doesn't want to hold together well

*Feel free to add a thin slice of cheese on top, like you see in the picture.

1. Throw your soaked garbanzo beans into your food processor and then prepare your other veggies. Once chopped and grated, throw them in with the beans.

2. Let run on a low speed until the ingredients are well combined, but you don’t want to turn it into a paste.(Preheat oven to 400 degrees)

3. Make sure there are still little chunks present. Once you scrape down the sides and get everything well mixed, take out a tablespoon sized ball and see if it holds together. If it does, then boom, you're set. If it doesn’t, add the brown rice flour and blend some more.

4. Form your “dough” into balls a little bit smaller than a golf ball, and place them onto your baking sheet. Use a flat utensil to flatten the balls into 1/4” thick treats.

5. Let your little treats bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let cool and Enjoy!
