Baked salmon

-1 1/2 pounds wild caught salmon
-1/4 of a lemon
-1 tbsp butter
-1 tbsp white rice flour
-1/2 tsp sea salt or pink salt
-1/2 tsp fresh pepper
1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place salmon skin side down in your bakeware.
3. Squeeze lemon over top and generously rub into the salmon.
4. Spread the butter evenly over the salmon.
5. Sprinkle the white rice flour evenly over salmon, followed by the salt & pepper.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!
