Black bean salad/dip

-2 cups black beans(refer to beans recipe)
-1 to 2 cups corn kernels, fresh if possible
-1 cup tomatoes, peeled, seeded & diced(or canned crushed tomatoes)
-1 onion, red if possible, diced
-1 to 3 jalapeños, seeded & diced
-2 tbsp cilantro, diced
*Feel free to omit tomatoes if not using it as a dip & throw a little pink salt and flax oil on top if you do.
1. Throw everything into a mixing bowl & toss around. Let chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
