Cabbage fillets

-1 small head cabbage, either red or green
-1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-2 tbsp ghee oil, butter or coconut oil
-2 tbsp chives, chopped finely
-2 tbsp cilantro, chopped finely
-1 tsp parsley, ground
-1 tsp red pepper flakes
*This just gives you a basic recipe. Feel free to add your favorite/personal kind of sauce on top. Sometimes when I don’t plan ahead I’ll just make a pepper rich gravy. You’ll be able to think of ideas.
1. Preheat oven while you remove the outside layers of the cabbage. Proceed to cut it into 3-4 sections about 3/4 of an inch thick.
2. Whisk together the other ingredients besides the cilantro and chives.
3. Place your sliced cabbage pieces onto your baking sheet and either brush your wet mixture onto each slice, or pour it over in a small stream and then proceed to rub it in with your fingers.
4. Bake them at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and then take them out to sprinkle the chives and cilantro over top. Bake for another 15 minutes. Enjoy!
