Cabbage wraps, tuna

-1 head cabbage(look for a smaller one)
-1 to 3 cups tuna(or fish of choice)
*Make a filling by using canned tuna, mustard/mayo, celery, onion. Add bell peppers, herbs, etc, etc. I didn't give exact measurements on the filling because one just needs fish & the cabbage & that's where you can play around with additives.
1. Take your cabbage and remove the core from it by using a sharp knife and a spoon.
2. Get your steamer basket ready and let it steam for about 8 minutes. You want to get it to the point where you can remove the outer leaves, but not soft to where they tare easily.
3. After your remove the outer 3-5 layers, you’ll probably have to let it steam for around 4 more minutes to finish the process.
4. Take the first few leaves that you have and while the other half of your cabbage finishes steaming, place 1/2-1 cup tuna inside. Wait until they cool down to do this step though. Fold in the sides and roll up. I like to let them chill 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving, Enjoy!
