Cabbage wraps, turkey

-1 LB ground turkey

-1 green cabbage

-1 cup cilantro, chopped

-1/2 cup red onion, chopped

-1/4 cup jalapeno, chopped

-1 tbsp raw cheddar, grass fed cows(optional)

-1/2 avocado for garnish

-1 tbsp oil for cooking meat(I recommend coconut oil or grass fed butter)

-Pink salt

-Fresh pepper

1. Go ahead & core your cabbage and then steam it for about 10-15 minutes.

2. Chop up your onion, jalapeno & cilantro while you wait. Then throw your oil into your skillet and turn the burner to a medium heat. Mix your chopped veggies with your ground turkey and then throw it all into your medium hot skillet. Saute and let cook until turkey is finished. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3. Once cabbage is done steaming, remove it from your pot and let cool to where you can handle. Remove outer layer and discard. Remove 3-6 layers of your cabbage & fill them with your turkey mixture. I say 3-6 layers because every cabbage varies in size.

4. After your fill them up, roll them up and place them in a baking dish. Once there is no more filling, place them into your preheated oven until warm all around, about 7 minutes.

5. Take out and garnish with avocado, a sauce or whatever your body is craving, Enjoy!
