Cookie, blueberry & carrot

-1/4 cup spelt flour
-1 tbsp butter, soft
-2 tbsp grated carrots
-2 tbsp coconut sugar
-1 tbsp milk or water
-1/4 tsp baking soda
-1/4 tsp sea or pink salt
*Use your own Gf flour blend if you'd like.
1. Place ingredients inside of bowl, besides blueberries and mix well.
2. Butter your 4-6” space on your bakeware and scrape batter out onto it.
3. Place your blueberries on top and lightly press in. Sprinkle a few grated carrots on top.
4. Bake at 400 degrees and set timer for 30 minutes. If it isn’t turning brown(like the picture shows) then continue to bake for up to 10 minutes longer.
5. Take out, let cool and Enjoy!
