Garbanzo beans, soaked

-2 cups raw garbanzo beans
-3 cups filtered water
1. Take your beans and place them in your stainless steel bowl.
2. Cover beans with water by about one inch because the beans will expand, so after they soak for 8-12 hours(I recommend doing this before falling asleep so when you wake up, they’ll be ready. Or once you wake up and let them soak till bedtime) there won’t be as much water in there.
3. After at least 8 hours, take the beans and run them through a strainer and rinse.
4. Place beans in your glass container(s) and keep in the refrigerator until you're ready to use, Enjoy!
