-3 four inch broccoli stems(saved after using broccoli florets)
-1/2 green apple
-3 orange slices, peeled
-2 tbsp flaxseeds
-1/2 cup raw yogurt(optional, but recommended)
1. Juice the broccoli and apple through your slow juicer.
2. Add in the seeds and blend till seeds are well emerged, about 1 min.
3. Add in remaining ingredients and blend till your desired consistency. Enjoy!
