Flax & green apple drink

-2 tbsp raw flaxseeds
-1/2 green apple, around 3 oz.
-6 oz filtered water
1. Place flaxseeds and diced green apple(peel apple if desired) into a bowl.
2. Pour your water in as well and blend until you notice all of the seeds breaking open. The consistency will become a thick oil/syrup type the longer you blend. Don’t blend too long to where you start to bring heat to the nutrients. Around 30 seconds.
3. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and Enjoy!
