Garbanzo crisp

-1/2 cup garbanzo beans, previously soaked(refer to foundations)
-1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
-2 tbsp arrowroot starch
-2 tbsp brown rice flour
-1 egg yolk
-1 tsp coconut oil
-1/2 tbsp filtered water
-1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper(optional)
1. Throw your beans, oats, arrowroot, brown rice flour, egg yolk and coconut oil into your food processor. Process on low until it becomes small chunks, about 20 seconds.
2. Scrape down the sides with your rubber spatula and add your water. Run on low until it starts to form a real sticky ball. Once you can tell everything is mixed well, scrape your sides down and use your hands to form a nice ball. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
3. Place a little bit of brown rice flour on your counter and roll the ball out, flipping it over once during the process. Roll it out to fit inside of your 10” frying pan. Sprinkle a little bit of flour inside of your frying pan and place your flat, rolled out dough inside.
4. Let it party in the oven for 15 minutes and then bring the heat up to 400 degrees. Bake for another 15 minutes, Enjoy!
