-2 ripe avocados
-1/2 sweet onion, your onion of choice
-1/2 green bell pepper, diced
-2 tbsp chives, minced
-2 tbsp cilantro, minced
-1 tsp fresh ground pink salt(optional)
-1 tsp fresh ground pepper(optional)
1. Cut avocados in 1/2 length wise, remove pit and scrape out the green with a spoon into a bowl.
2. Dice up green bell pepper and your onion. Throw them into the bowl as well.
3. Mince your other two greens as fine as possible and throw those in as well. Add desired additions.
4. Use a fork, whisk, electric beater or whatever you may have and blend the ingredients well. Some like it really creamy and some like it with chunks, your call. Enjoy!
