Lemon/poppy cream

-1/2 cup raw cream, reserved from separated raw milk or yogurt
-rind from 1 lemon
-2 tbsp poppy seeds
-1/4 cup coconut sugar
*Yummy on treats, snacks of choice. Store in refrigerator.
1. Place cream, sugar and lemon rind in a bowl and beat well.
2. Add in poppy seeds and mix until well incorporated, Enjoy!
