IMG_1609
1/1
-3 tomatoes
-1/2 onion, diced up
-1/3 cup cilantro, minced
-1/2 bell pepper diced up, color of your choice
-1/2 jalapeno, diced up(optional)
-6 ounces tomato paste, if you prefer a thicker salsa
*Makes about 1 quart.
*I know the measurements aren't precise, but this is where you can adjust to your pallet.
1. Take tomatoes and dip them into boiling water for about 15 seconds. Take out and peel off the outer layer of skin. Then dice them up, leaving the guts inside.
2. Dice up your onion, bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeño and throw them into the bowl as well.
3. Mix together real well and add the paste if you decide to. Enjoy!
