Watermelon smoothie

-1/2 avocado

-1/2 cup watermelon

-2 tbsp flaxseeds

-6 oz water

-1/4 cup yogurt, either coconut milk or raw cow(if tolerated) 

-1/2 lemon juiced

 

1. Throw all of the listed ingredients above into a bowl and blend it all together using your emersion blender. If you don’t have one then just throw it all into your blender & blend till flax seeds are well blended. Serve immediately & Enjoy!
